Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the water and flour
  2. Knead until smooth ball forms
  3. Divide into roti balls
  4. Roll out
  5. Cook on pan until mostly cooked
  6. Finish cooking and blowing up on direct flame
