Mint Chutney

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches (55g dry or 104g wet) mint leaves
  • 1 green chilies
  • 5g ginger (peeled)
  • 40g unripe mango
  • 3/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp kala namak
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • pinch red chili powder
  • pinch of hing

Instructions

  1. Using the big blender, blend together using as little water as possible.
