Mint Chutney
Ingredients
- 2 bunches (55g dry or 104g wet) mint leaves
- 1 green chilies
- 5g ginger (peeled)
- 40g unripe mango
- 3/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp kala namak
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- pinch red chili powder
- pinch of hing
Instructions
- Using the big blender, blend together using as little water as possible.
